Description: CBP intends to offer a recompete of the TCC support services to further improve customer service proficiency and continue the TCC operations. The scope of the new solicitation is for CBP to acquire contractor services to deliver TCC inquiry management via technical subject matter experts of CBP, OFO, TCC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and phone system, along with customer service support for OFO programs to include: the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), which determines eligibility of visitors to travel to the U.S. under the VISA Waiver Program (VWP); the Guam-Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (G-CNMI) Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), which determines eligibility of visitors to travel to Guam or the CNMI under the G-CNMI VWP, the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS), whereby travelers using 10 year B1/B2, B1 or B2 visas from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) for business and tourist have their information periodically updated to grant authorization into the United States; Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP), which allow expedited processing for trusted travelers, and the Arrival and Departure Information System (ADIS) which allows CBP to monitor those lawfully admitted to the US, but who are nearing or have overstayed authorized periods of admission to remain in the States. In addition, the TCC provides support services for general OFO inquires along with ad hoc CBP, OFO, APP high priority program initiatives via traveler inquiry adjudication.
