The purpose of this requirement is to acquire janitorial, pest control and landscaping services for the McAllen Air Branch and Corpus Christi Naval Air Center facility. The purpose of this requirement is to acquire janitorial services for the MAB and NASOC facility. These services are necessary for the hygiene and safety for all personnel at the facility. The Contractor shall provide labor, material, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide custodial services for the MAB and NASOC facility, Texas. The supplies, material, etc., shall be equal to the most suitable grade of the respective articles as it is used in standard acceptable cleaning operations.
