| Requirements Title: Test and Evaluation (T&E) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Support |
| Description: EDAMI, an Agile IT modernization program, requires the Contractor to provide comprehensive independent verification and validation (IV&V) support, to include planning and preparation, execution, and reporting of developmental test and evaluation (T&E) of the FEMADex system and the data stored within it. Testing services will include functional and non-functional using a development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), Agile, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
The Contractor shall provide review, validation, and audit support for the T&E activities performed by FEMADex system developers. This includes assessing testing strategies and plans, recommending T&E best practices, and verifying and validating T&E activities and results.
The Contractor shall itself perform developmental T&E focused on the release readiness of FEMADex functionality and data pipelines prior to their release to end users. The Contractor shall provide planning and preparation, execution, and analysis and reporting in support of this.
The Contractor shall ensure all supporting documentation remains current and correct, and shall ensure compliance with IT standards and guidelines for FEMADex. |
