| Description: The Contractor shall provide IPMSS to APM DSD in the general areas of strategic management support at both the Regional and Division levels for Senior Leadership, Deployment Leads, Deployment Operations and the Regional Deployment Support. These services shall include strategic design, business execution, research, communications, and facilitation and data collection.
The Contractor shall provide expert advice and assistance in support of the DSD mission through Division wide strategic initiative design and support, including communications and facilitation support, executive and director level risk mitigation and analyses support, research and development/capability design support, employee engagement support, execution analyses and management across the enterprise, office and program element levels leveraging both existing and to-be developed dashboards and other risk management and mitigation tools. Typical work products include independent assessments and recommendations regarding TSA programmatic and budgetary interdependencies, critical paths, lessons learned analysis, return on investment, cost analysis and technical constraints. The Contractor shall deliver briefings, analyses, white papers, point papers, oral assessments, related action items, and/or reports based on activities performed under this BPA Call Order. |
