Also included are change & configuration management and project management services. Requirement | USCIS has a requirement for operations and support services. Support for USCIS IT Enterprise Operation for Platform Operations and Dev/OPS integration in support of USCIS support services for Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Operations and Maintenance and Security Operations. Enterprise Infrastructure Operations and Support Services (EIOSS)-2 will include ownership of the processes and responsibilities inherent in the design, engineering, implementations, troubleshooting, and operations and maintenance of requested services across USCIS enterprise, to include the key aspects of workload, task coordination/prioritization and management of assets.
