Description: 4/10/2025: Revisions to Requirement Description, Requirements Title, Solicitation Release date Formerly titled Enterprise Infrastructure Operations and Support Services (EIOSS)-2 eAUTO provides comprehensive end-to-end IT enterprise operations support services.  This encompasses enterprise infrastructure, which contributes to IT services and applications development, deployment, operations and sustainment, and the overall success of USCIS business functions and operations.  The support services will include infrastructure, cloud, unified communications, and platform operations and sustainment.  Also included are change & configuration management and project management services. USCIS is moving away from traditional, manually driven actions, key aspects and prioritization of the service are hyper-automation and orchestration, which are the next steps in moving us to AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations).

Requirement USCIS has a requirement for operations and support services. Support for USCIS IT Enterprise Operation for Platform Operations and Dev/OPS integration in support of USCIS support services for Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Operations and Maintenance and Security Operations. Enterprise Infrastructure Operations and Support Services (EIOSS)-2 will include ownership of the processes and responsibilities inherent in the design, engineering, implementations, troubleshooting, and operations and maintenance of requested services across USCIS enterprise, to include the key aspects of workload, task coordination/prioritization and management of assets.
