12/9- Updated POC information.
USCIS requires contractor support for the Data and Business Intelligence Support Services (DBIS III), for professional IT services to support design, architecture, configuration, development, and maintenance of a centralized enterprise data warehouse and standard reporting interfaces through Enterprise Citizenship and Immigration Services Centralized Operational Repository (eCISCOR), SAS, and SMART implementations, i.e., USCIS Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence (DW/BI) solution. This task order will be the primary vehicle to obtain professional IT architectural, systems development, and systems support services to continue the transformation of data from the USCIS transactional systems into a state-of-the-art enterprise data warehouse and associated operational and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities. The development scope of the program involves transforming agency-wide analytical capabilities and enhancing the agency's ability to use its large data pool for decision-making and operational improvement; any USCIS, DHS, or external federal agency system can become a source of data for DBIS, if dictated by the mission. This supports the Standard Tool CPIC program. |
