Description: USCIS has a requirement for professional consulting services in information technology and analytics. The contactor will provide support to the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO), which resides within the Office of Performance and Quality (OPQ). Together they improve the agency’s data posture and seek to find analytical solutions to inter-organizational problems. The mission of the USCIS Chief Data Officer (CDO) is to ensure the agency makes timely, high-quality data available to internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the mission of the agency. In that capacity, the CDO office is aligned with the OPQ mission of providing relevant, accurate, and data-driven analyses enabling USCIS to make effective, data-driven decisions at strategic and operational levels. he goal of the Advanced Analytics Data Science Support (AADSS) contract is to expand the use of advanced analytics and supportive technologies using established data science and engineering techniques to continue to fulfill capabilities in: - Applied graph data analysis capabilities - Entity resolution (i.e., persons, organizations, data as entities) using models (i.e., machine learning, artificial intelligence, other) - Graph visualization and interactive capabilities - Leveraging graph to generate model features for models-on-models approaches - Creating data science solutions with automated engineering - Data governance integrated into an automated-first CI/CD pipeline - Models and algorithms that consume snapshots and continuous flows of data to connect disparate systems - Operationalization best practices - Documentation to share data science knowledge at an enterprise level - Agile and change management best practices. USCIS has identified a vendor for this requirement.
