| Requirements Title: Installation of a Range Targeting System at PIDC, TX |
| Description: ICE/OAFM is seeking a single contractor to install two (2) types of ranges at the Port Isabel Detention Center (PIDC) located in Los Fresno, TX. All work will be completed IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) and below are the main objectives for each project:
PROJECT #1- Rifle Range (24 lane):
Complete on-site installation of 24 lane FLEXI-E electric turning target system. Installation to be done on concrete slab that is in good condition, free of debris and standing water. ATS Targets technicians will anchor FLEXI-E turners and 3/8” AR500 deflector plates in front of installed back stop. Electrical installation will consist of wiring power supplies to power that is ran to location determined by ATS and Port Isabel Detention Center.
PROJECT #2- Pistol Range (30 lane):
Complete on-site installation of 30 lane FLEXI-E electric turning target system. Installation to be done on concrete slab that is in good condition, free of debris and standing water. ATS Targets technicians will anchor FLEXI-E turners and 3/8” AR500 deflector plates in front of installed back stop. Electrical installation will consist of wiring power supplies to power that is ran to location determined by ATS and Port Isabel Detention Center.
ICE is considering a direct 8a award IAW FAR Part 19 procedures. |
