USCIS Office of Policy and Strategy (OPS) requires regulatory support services to develop quality regulations by providing responsive, professional support in public comment analysis and categorization, and analytical research and evaluation. Types of services include regulatory evaluation, administrative support, data management and tracking (e.g., ability to monitor, review, synthesize, categorize, track, and report on comments received from external stakeholders via the Federal Document Management System) as well as technical and report writing. Must have extensive experience providing regulatory support services for all phases of the federal regulations and rulemaking process, and possess a knowledge and understanding of immigration law, regulations, and policy. Contractor must have extensive experience categorizing, synthesizing, and summarizing high volumes of public comments for federal rulemaking agencies in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act. |
