| Description: The DHS PKI Program requires contractor support covering a broad range of functions. Activities and areas of expertise include but are not limited to design, and architecture of PKI capabilities; planning for future capabilities; knowledge of Certificate Policies ; knowledge and development of Registration Practice Statements ; knowledge of Registration Authority functions; development of Registration Authority training manual; and other PKI enabling documents and assisting the Components where appropriate with the design, testing, implementation, and accreditation of their internal DHS Non Person Entity Certificate Authorities and their PK-enabled applications. The contractor will also support the PKI programming areas of governance, technical, and program oversight of the capabilities delivered by the Shared Service Provider. Contractor will provide support to ensure the capabilities meet the technical, security, reliability, and scalability needs of the enterprise. Support will also include liaison activities with all the DHS Components for integration and PK-enabling their applications, and with various policy groups. Support will also include interoperability with other Federal Agencies’ PKI. |
