| Description: he scope of this requirement includes applying technical financial reporting financial systems expertise to support finance operations across CWMD BFO, such as:
• Provide expertise in systems support through each phase of the budget cycle
• Support financial reporting requirements through complex technical accounting solutions, such as connecting budget execution to the federal USSGL
• Conduct financial system enhancement analysis, identify and mitigate operational risks, and facilitate user training
• Standardize and automate financial operational activities
• Recommend federal business process enhancements that support sustainment to operations and systems capabilities
