| Description: HSI Forensic Laboratory requires contractor support with expertise in forensic, intelligence, and investigative support services. The contractor shall provide development of a fully operating electronic library catalog system that will store high resolution imagery and data of all physical documents housed in the laboratory, expand system access to agency partners, provide real-time response capabilities to field investigators, and ensure continuity of operations in crisis situations, such as a pandemic. The scope of work for the IDEAL 2.0 online database addresses the primary objective of adding specific functions to the IDEAL 2.0. These additional developments will supplement the current capabilities and improve specific mobile functionality, deployment to a larger government audience, and training capabilities required by the laboratory. |
