Description: TSA CRL-OTE Customer Service Branch (CXB) requires continued expert customer experience support to deliver the mission-critical outcomes set by OMB, DHS, and TSA Executives to transform TSA’s Customer Experience. TSA is a High Impact Service Provider (HISP) and thus mandated by to design, implement, and continuously improve data gathering and reporting efforts in accordance with the guidelines set within the President’s Management Agenda, OMB A-11 Circular 280, TSA CX Agency Priority Goal, DHS CX Strategic Plan, and EO 14058 which change regularly. CXB requires data analysis and operational support services to deliver on all its commitments the screening workforce, traveling public, and all employees. |
