| Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has a requirement for a human resource (HR) applications suite to meet the complex needs of a large law enforcement agency. This system will leverage a modular approach utilizing micro applications to enhance flexibility, scalability, and integration. HRSMA will support comprehensive HR lifecycle management, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, career progression, and attrition. Development will be guided by agency priorities and employ the Agile framework methodology to ensure adaptability and responsiveness.
