| Description: Provide Emergency Communications Division (ECD) with resources to provide subject matter expertise to support Federal, State, Local, Territorial, Tribal, International (FSLTTI) emergency communications stakeholder efforts to achieve interoperability through effective administrative program support and tailored research and analytical products.
