| Description: RFQ #70RCSJ24R00000019 was released August 26, 2024 In March 2022, President Biden signed into law the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA) of 2022. This requirement supports centralized and regional implementation of CISA’s CIRCIA mission by enabling CISA's Integrated Operations Division (IOD) to aid partners in responding to cyber incidents, capturing lessons learned, and integrating and enriching engagements with trend analysis from partner reporting. This requirement also assists IOD to establish capabilities in support of IOD Regional elements as they work to contribute to CISA’s CIRCIA implementation by supporting partners in incident management and capturing lessons learned. The Contractor shall provide IOD with administrative, management, cybersecurity analysis, data analysis, and cyber operations support required to meet CISA’s statutory obligations under the CIRCIA. | |
