| Description: The scope of this procurement includes a team of a project manager, solution architect, business analysts, data specialist, UI/UX designer, and a senior cloud engineer to assess FEMA's exiting crisis management system (CMS).
AFEMA CMS is looking to procure a team of business analysts to provide our team with a discovery modernization strategy aligned with its modernization objectives and support in preserving the FEMA CMS, while also documenting alternative solutions for Web Emergency Operations Center (WebEOC) usage.
This requirement has four objectives:
Objective 1: Provide multiple roadmaps of options of future product delivery based on time and cost
Objective 2: Provide minimum viable product analysis for each piece of functionality
