| Requirements Title: Operational Systems Development and Management Information Systems (OSDMIS) |
| Description: The Vendor shall provide existing (systems/applications defined below) and emerging OSDMIS projects with design, development, and ongoing maintenance and support services for automation tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Angular. This includes providing OSDMIS projects with all necessary software configuration, customization, administration, operation, and maintenance (O&M), help desk services, development and performance monitoring in support of these automation tools.
The scope of this effort also includes acquiring and employing Agile Software Development techniques to rapidly deliver software development support, enhancement of existing features, project management support, requirements gathering, design and prototyping, application development, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and application changes for corrective, adaptive and perfective changes.
The Vendor shall comply with all ICE charters, policies, procedures and plans, processes, manuals, models, and guides. The Vendor shall deliver viable, automation-based solutions and professional services in support of HSI’s strategic mission and objectives and will comply with the latest version of all Federal, DHS and ICE technology standards and architecture policies, processes, and procedures.
The Vendor shall also comply with any enhancements made to the ICE IT environment during the period of performance. Unless explicitly excluded, the Vendor shall be responsible for delivering all aspects of this Task Order as Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) tasks and deliverables. |
