| Description: This requirement is for obtaining contractor support for Office of Information and Technology Field Support Offices nationwide. The contractor shall provide support services for CBP IT systems and technology. The services include, but not limited to, technical and analytical work pertaining to diagnostics, configuring, testing, integration, installation, and maintenance of the IT systems, network infrastructure, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, switches, routers, circuits, and connectivity services and procedures.
