Requirements Title: C5ISC-ESD-ASB-SM for EMI/RADHAZ Support and Code Plug Tactical Communication Radio Support Documentation
Description: The purpose of this task order is to obtain augmented contractor support services to provide support in the following areas that should include but not limited to are the following: EMI/RADHAZ Personnel provide reports that includes Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation to Personnel (HERP) Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance (HERO) and Hazard Electromagnetic Radiation to Fuel (HERF) these tables are based upon surveys and update changes as appropriate to reflect any noted changes. It also provides EMI/RADHAZ initial findings report that is based on problems by USCG Surface and Shore units. EMI/RADHAZ personnel prepare engineering reports that include preliminary observations data from initial tests, data analyzing, data input from test equipment, proposed solutions and test additional recommendations. They also analyze test data and develop solutions for proper Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) aboard designated cutters and facilities, preform test measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed solutions. Code Plug Personnel provide field operational support for local spectrum authorizations, interference resolution, communications planning, radio code plug management and contingency communications, Joint Spectrum Interference Resolution (JSIR). They also provide radio functional testing and developing of suitable radio programming files for each radio type. They assist in the development and reviews of new and exiting radio maintenance procedures and job aids. They also assist in C5ISC Code Plug support briefings and offering additional and corrective formation to support presentations to field units. EMI/RADHAZ and Code Plug personnel assist in providing reports for supported systems. These include CGFIXIT Help Tickets that helps with resolution metric, lost radio field guidance, field inventory and active code versions. The following are the Major Two Distinct Areas that are associated with this effort: Task 1: EMI/RADHAZ Task 2: Tactical Communications Radio Support Notice: The Government reserves the right that to negotiate an increase or decrease in the requirements, tasks, and the effort that is within the scope of this tasking order with the Contractor is to achieve the United Sates Coast Guard mission.
