Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer of the Vega Electronic Navigation Software Application, which is both proprietary and competitively sensitive. Vega runs on the Windows Operating System and conforms to International Maritime Organization (IMO), International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), International Electro-technical Commission (IEC), and Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services (RTCM) standards. |
