Requirements Title: Professional Workforce Support Services
Description: The proposed acquisition action will provide support with strategic level assistance, consultation, recommendations, and support in the following areas: Workforce And Succession Planning The Contractor shall assist in developing strategic workforce plans and identifying and addressing the gaps between the workforce of today and the workforce of tomorrow. The Contractor shall provide the personnel, knowledge and technical expertise in subject matters related to strategic workforce planning, business transformation, data analytics, workforce optimization, program evaluation, operations research, and other human capital management concepts inherent in this task area. The Contractor shall synthesize highly complex technical, financial, and social issues bearing upon CBP and Government workforce policy planning and develop written products on a variety of related topics. Data-Driven Strategy Formulation and Analytical Support The Contractor shall provide consulting services, data-driven recommendations, and assist with strategy formulation concerning resource planning, programming, budgeting, financial management, and mission execution activities. The Contractor shall provide the personnel, knowledge, and technical expertise in subject matters related to data analysis, data visualization methods, databases structures, modeling, operations research, systems analysis, financial management concepts, and other related skills to assist in developing data-driven strategies and operational products. Business Transformation The Contractor shall conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve existing processes, capabilities, and mission execution and support functions.
