Description: 2nd UPDATE 11 19 2025: Changes: Dates POP, solicitation date and change contract type from BPA to IDIQ 1 UPDATE 11 18 2025: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The United States Secret Service (USSS) is the lead federal agency responsible for the safety and protection of qualifying presidential candidates. The USSS requires video equipment and services in support of government security operations. The scope is inclusive of equipment and services to support existing government-owned property as well as the purchase of additional equipment to supplement the government’s existing inventory. The scope of this contract will allow for the participation of video solutions dealers who are NEC certified dealers / AMX authorized dealers. The entire scope of products and services are not limited to what is included in this Statement of Work. 2. Equipment/Services: All orders placed against this contract are subject to the terms and conditions of the Schedule contract at time of order placement, except as noted below. Services procured under this contract shall fall within the scope of work described in the statement of objectives provided to the contractor and contractor’s response. The purchase of equipment and services included under this contract shall include but not be limited to: 1. Equipment & Supplies/Cables 2. Repair Equipment (Warranty/Non-warranty) 3. Troubleshoot/Diagnosing system/equipment issues 4. System engineering 5. Programming of equipment 6. On Site/Location Set-up support - Anywhere in the contiguous United States (CONUS) 7. On Site/Location Break-down support - Anywhere in the CONUS 8. On Site/Location Operational Support (during the event) - Anywhere in the CONUS 9. Travel related expenses of personnel in accordance with GSA travel regulations 10. Equipment Rental/Leasing (Upon approval by the Contracting Officer or an authorized individual during the term of this contract) All equipment and services provided under this contract shall work with or be compatible with the equipment listed below. This is equipment that is currently USSS-owned that shall be replaced, repaired and/or upgraded by the contractor throughout the duration of the contract. Any discontinued equipment will default to the next higher compatible model. Unless otherwise stated, equipment purchased by the contractor on behalf of the USSS will become property of the USSS.
