The Systems Delivery Division (SDD) within USCIS’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking to acquire ad hoc high-performing DevSecOps services, that will work within a multi-vendor environment utilizing Lean-Agile software development best practices and DevSecOps principles to deliver quality, secure and cost-effective digital solutions. This will be a new requirement but is also the next iteration of our current SPEED contracts, encompassing the Benefits and Mission Services portfolios. The myUSCIS portfolio will not be included in this effort, instead, that is being competed separately as a new requirement, see RAPID, APFS # F2024065191.
